A 25 year old 84″ wide floor length Duette string broke last week. I took it down, The repair person happened to be in the store before going out on call. He put my shade on the front counter, took it apart, found broken string, put new one on and reassembled and adjusted it while I waited. The charge was reasonable, no shipping out or come back in a week. After several dealings with this spot they are consistently top notch to work with.
