Erin (the owner) is knowledgeable and straightforward. Andy (the in home specialist) is prepared, helpful, and not pushy in any way. Scheduling an appointment is easy and times are convenient. Rescheduling in event of emergency is easy, too. It has taken me over a year to decide what to do with my shades (my own indecision and forgetfulness). The team at this store has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Poor Andy had to come to my house 3 separate times to make it all happen. Not once was anyone nasty or snippy. They have all been completely understanding and amazing. I don’t have the blinds installed yet, but the sales and selection process has been miles above what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m happy to have worked with this team so far and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
