I have purchased a door, replacement window and blinds/shades and have been extremely happy with everything and everyone. Erin is terrific and Andy was very helpful assisting me to make decisions on my window treatments. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The installer Michael was equally great to work with. He seems to have a great personality, intelligent and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this business.

Richards Window Fashions is great to work with.

They helped me pick the correct type of window covering, the best colors to use, and most efficient extras I should get. That was over ten years ago! I have not had a problem or reason to call them until recently as the inter-workings of several needed repair. I was able to schedule quick appointments and received terrific service! The service was very thorough and well done! He even figured out what was wrong with the one blind and was able to get it working correctly!! I would definitely return to them for future window coverings😍

I was very happy with the sales process.

We are looking to have honeycomb shades installed in our great room. The shades are very high, 10 feet, so we wanted to have them professionally installed. I contacted Richards Window Fashions and within a week they were out to look at my project. The sales rep, Andy was very helpful and friendly. He took his time and showed me the various options and gave us 2 quotes on 2 different shades. I cannot comment on the quality of the shades or installation process at this time. The shades are ordered and have not been installed yet.

This whole store is amazing! Not only is the showroom clean, bright, and stocked, but the people are phenomenal.

Erin (the owner) is knowledgeable and straightforward. Andy (the in home specialist) is prepared, helpful, and not pushy in any way. Scheduling an appointment is easy and times are convenient. Rescheduling in event of emergency is easy, too. It has taken me over a year to decide what to do with my shades (my own indecision and forgetfulness). The team at this store has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Poor Andy had to come to my house 3 separate times to make it all happen. Not once was anyone nasty or snippy. They have all been completely understanding and amazing. I don’t have the blinds installed yet, but the sales and selection process has been miles above what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m happy to have worked with this team so far and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

If you have Duette or any other shades these are the people to go to for repair and purchase. I tried others. This family run store is courteous, fast and reasonable.

A 25 year old 84″ wide floor length Duette string broke last week. I took it down, The repair person happened to be in the store before going out on call. He put my shade on the front counter, took it apart, found broken string, put new one on and reassembled and adjusted it while I waited. The charge was reasonable, no shipping out or come back in a week. After several dealings with this spot they are consistently top notch to work with.
